Fake Mie scattering cheap vertex color effect

and had to have a go! thank you Matt Ebb for generously turning that mie sampled data into the exr. pretty simple really to follow, hardest part was the context from the exr into a 0 - 1 range for the maths involved

I can quite clearly see the Sun and something called a Glory and also a Fog Bow effect, just a quick capture in realtime
